Omics Technologies
Infoboss specializes in analyzing plant genome and transcriptome data to identify molecular mechanisms behind underutilized plant resources. Human genome data is integrated to better understand safety and effectiveness in humans, paving the way for precise plant-derived medicine. Our GIMAS (Genome Information Management and Analysis System) supports advanced genomics and transcriptomics analysis, providing standardized genome databases and tools for exploring gene families related to secondary metabolite synthesis and more.
Phytochemical Technologies
Infoboss combines biochemical and organic chemistry with omics technologies to explore how plants produce secondary metabolites—a key source for health-promoting compounds and biodiversity. Our PyDS (Phytocompounds Development System) provides the pipelines that map known biosynthetic pathways and predict new ones for over 200,000 plant compounds through PhytoCompDB™ with plant genomes. Prediction of phytocompound biodiversity, molecular docking, and molecular network analysis methods were also implemented in the PyDS to help help uncover novel secondary metabolites and streamline their identification.
Bio Big Data Infrastructure
